Kristin is a leader of leaders and a trusted voice of sound counsel. Throughout her own career Kristin has proven herself a change agent who drives transformative outcomes through a distinctly values-led and human-centered way of leading. She is highly respected for her courageous and passionate pursuit of healthy, thriving organizational cultures - spaces that make the people who work in them, better for it. Kristin builds on her own experience, and the experiences of many she has coached, to help leaders at every level unlock the potential inside of them and the places they work.

Kristin has spent over two decades in the nonprofit sector, including over 15 years at Compassion International, a $1B+ faith based organization focused on releasing children from poverty. Kristin has served in marketing, development and strategy roles. She is known for building dynamic teams, developing innovative strategies, and shaping organizational culture.

Kristin and her family are proud to call Kansas City home. She serves on the board of Global Montessori School and has served on two church launch teams in the Kansas City area. An avid and lifelong learner, Kristin and her family are passionate readers and love traveling the world.
